Design of Private Elder Persons Care Home

Green Arc Design were appointed as the Structural Engineering Consultants for the design of a £9.1 million Private Elder Persons Care Home in Doxford Park, Sunderland. For the project we provided the design for steel beams and columns, calculated foundation line loads, wall capacity checks, windpost design, design steel cantilever balconies and liaise with contractors on site.
